Loan Amount: $1,000,000 to $25,000,000

Utilization: most recognized business needs (specific purpose eligibility required)

Rates: floating and fixed, determined by project, typically prime plus 1% to 2%

Collateral: all tangible assets up to 80%

Term/Amortization: 10 to 30 years

Conventional

Loan Amount: $500,000 to $25,000,000

Utilization: real estate based business needs and investment properties

Rates: fixed and floating, determined by project

Collateral: real estate assets up to 80%

Term/Amortization: 5 and 10 year terms with up to 30 year amortization

Health Care

Loan Amount: $2,000,000 to $50,000,000

Utilization: nursing home, assisted living, and independent care

Rates: fixed throughout the loan term at 1.75% to 2.25% over 10 year treasuries

Collateral: real estate assets up to 85% of value for refinances and 90% for to-be built

Term/Amortization: 35 year term for refinances and 40 year term for to-be built
